Ready to be psycho activated? This Sunday, September 20th, Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats unique but classic sound to Mill City Nights. This will be a perfect opportunity to see a great performance with a pure driving rock-n-roll set.

UAPROMO

Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats‘ reach is as multifaceted as the band’s hooks are definitely infectious. Thier latest album “The Night Creeper”, the bulk of which was tracked live by Liam Watson of Toe Rag Studios in London, does nothing to interrupt Uncle Acid‘s momentum. Rather, it performs the crucial function of demonstrating growth within their sound. Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats have clear influences from the heavier side of 1970’s rock, but they don’t feel like a band from that time. Take 70’s band Pentagram’s core guitar sound, meld it with the foreboding gloom of their 80’s work, and you’ve got an idea of what the Deadbeats are going for. The guitars have a smokey, hypnotic murk to them, slathered over Uncle Acid’s snaky vocals. Don’t miss this performance!
