December will be kicking into high gear with a special appearance from Evanescence at the State Theatre on December 5th. Evanescence has reimagined some of their best-known songs with a full orchestra on the band’s upcoming newest album Synthesis, due out this fall and is currently touring through the US at theatre-type shows.
For the project, Amy Lee teamed with producer Will Hunt and composer David Campbell (Beck’s father) to re-record songs like “Bring Me to Life” as well as two new tracks. Lee and a full orchestra have now brought the reworked versions to the road on the Synthesis Live tour, which kicked off October 14th in Las Vegas. This will be the first time Evanescence is touring with an orchestra and reviews from performances have been incredible and has been compared to a live dynamic soundtrack.
Tickets for the Evanescence: Synthesis Live performance are still available through the State Theatre Online or at the State Theatre Box Office
