Pop country duo Dan + Shay return to the Twin Cities April 5th at the Xcel Energy Center for their “Heartbreak On The Map” tour. The duo met at a house party in 2012, and began writing songs together from day one. They decided to form their duo, and in October 2013 they released their first song “19 You + Me” which gained fast popularity. Their first album was then released in 2014. A little fun fact is they began their first ever headlining tour in Minneapolis in 2014. Dan + Shay are now touring with their fifth album Bigger Houses, which contains a song that shares the name of the tour.
The duo has surmounted many awards in their career, and I am sure the Twin Cities will welcome them back with arms wide open. Supporting Dan + Shay on the road is artists Ben Rector and Hailey Whitters.
