Grouplove, an eclectic group hailing from Atlanta, is gracing the stages of Palace Theatre in St. Paul on March 15th. Hannah Hooper, a vocalist and keyboardist for the band, refers to their style as “resistance pop”. The band of five formed in 2009 with their debut EP Grouplove, in 2011. That same year they release another album titled Never Trust a Happy Song, which contained the songs “Colours” and “Tongue Tied” which remain in the bands top five songs today.
