It’s been a while since Feist has played a non-festival gig in the Twin Cities. For fans like myself, too long! Fortunately for us, her brilliant new album Multitudes came with a tour announcement that includes First Avenue on 5/3!
If it wasn’t enough to have the opportunity to see this legendary performer live at one of the best clubs in the world, there is something extra special about this tour. Her stage will be a 360-degree immersive experience in the round. Leslie Feist has enlisted a dream team of collaborators to create this tour with; Media artist Colby Richardson, visual artist Heather Goodchild, and Mary Hickson. Hickson and Goodchild have both played a strong hand in 37d03d Events. If you’ve had the pleasure of attending one of their events, you know this will be something truly special and unique. They specialize in unforgettable and unique experiences.
We are the second night on the tour, so you’ll just have to use your imagination to get ready for this one. There won’t be much time for any social media spoilers or setlists to peek at. I’m trying to keep myself as surprised as possible. The new album is a perfect blend of bold and soft. I can’t wait to hear them performed live.
