Alvvays November stop at First Avenue is just one of many stops on their fall tour in support of their most recent album Antisocialites (out now via Polyvinyl). This most recent release was highly anticipated following a three-year gap since their debut self-titled album.
Antisocialites is a must listen. It’s a dreamy, moody, sweeping emotional exploration of the indie-rock terrain. Frontwoman Molly Rankin’s vocals are ethereal, to say the least. They seamlessly blend dream pop and noisy rock, making for an engaging listening experience.
Alvvays is already racking up nods from Pitchfork and the like. This is a show you’re not going to want to miss.
