VÉRITÉ to play the sold out Triple Rock with Betty Who on 4/22

We first stumbled upon Brooklyn singer VÉRITÉ when she opened for Ms Mr at the Varsity where she pretty much stole the show. Last year she headlined a Go show for GOMN and now just a couple of months before the release of her first full length album she’s back in Minneapolis this time at the sold out Triple Rock with Headliner Betty Who on Saturday 4/22.

It’s been less than two years since VÉRITÉ performed her first live show, but she’s already packed in a career’s worth of highlights. Performing at massive festivals like Lollapalooza and Firefly, surpassing 12 million streams on Spotify with a pair of critically acclaimed EPs, crisscrossing the US and Europe for her own headlining shows, and opening for big names like Stars, MS MR, and Tove Lo; she has amassed a mountain of media praise everywhere from Buzzfeed and Billboard to Nylon and SPIN.

With an eye-catching signature blonde pixie cut, delightful nineties superstar fixation, and singing and songwriting prowess befitting of her stadium ambition, Betty Who commands the dance floor. “I’ve spent the past two years on the road, and I walked away with this intense feeling of wanting to make dance music,” she exclaims. “All of that touring and living developed my sense of self. It’s a really fast learning curve out there. You have to learn how to get better immediately. Because of that, I’m in a place where I feel more aware of who I am and able to be vulnerable in a sincere and blunt way. My band and I have the best time ever.
