If you’ve never seen The Chats perform live before, October 10th is your chance when they take over The Varsity Theater in Minneapolis.
The Chats are riding high on the success of their 2022 album Get Fucked, praised by Pitchfork as “more agitated and absurd than ever,” and “everything you want a Chat’s album to be: fast, crass, and loaded with more instantly quotable Aussie idioms than Crocodiles Dundee and Hunter put together.”
And they’re more than honored to have the absolutely legendary Australian punk pioneers Cosmic Psychos along with them for the journey this fall. A band in the midst of celebrating their 40th anniversary, and cited as a formative influence by groups ranging from Nirvana and Pearl Jam to Prodigy and The Melvins.
