Japan-based and wildly special four-girl progressive pop-group ATARASHII GAKKO! will be bringing their captivating, next level, and overall mind-blowing live show to North America for their first U.S. headline tour and will be making a stop at Amsterdam Bar & Hall on November 16th.
Their shows are a choreography masterclass where the genre-shattering quartet seamlessly become an eight-legged powerhouse, all while dressed together in their classic school girl uniform. Mixing elements of pop, jazz, hip-hop, rock and more, delivered with punk energy and featuring frantic dance moves, ATARASHII GAKKO! are truly some of the most energetic and engaging performers to grace the stage.
ATARASHII GAKKO! have honed their craft of creating dizzying pop songs over the course of two full-length albums — 2018’s MAENARAWANAI and 2019’s WAKAGE GA ITARU. In August, the group released their latest EP MANINGEN, following on the heels of electric singles “The Edge” and “JANAINDAYO.”
