Bea Miller will be stopping by the Amsterdam Bar and Hall in St. Paul on April 23rd, to kick off the nice to meet u tour, which will be her first headline tour.

The tour comes after the release of her second studio album Aurora, which was released early in 2018. It covers a variety of topics from existential boredom to slut shaming. The album features one of her hit single “S.L.U.T.” (Sweet, Little, Unforgettable Thing). After telling Teen Vogue about a fan who called her the derogatory word, she switched things around stating. “Let’s turn something that’s negative into something positive and reclaim the word so when women are called a slut for absolutely no reason, it doesn’t make them feel bad about themselves.”

Miller has also dropped a new single, “it’s not u it’s me” featuring hip hop/rap artist 6LACK, early in 2019. The song has a very present hip-hop beat behind it, allowing for Miller to showcase her vast vocal range, as well as allowing 6LACK to throw some verses into his own section of the song. The music video has already surpassed half a million views on Youtube, while the audio version currently sits at 1.6 Million views.

You may want to get your tickets to this show ASAP, since First Ave posted on Facebook a “LOW TICKET ALERT” on April 11th. General admission and VIP tickets to the show are still available to purchase HERE.
