When you look up Alt-rock / Indie band on Wikipedia you should probably see a picture of the Pixies looking all cool and shit. You won’t but they are certainly mentioned in the article defining the genre. After a decade long breakup the band reunited in 2013 and put out a couple of new albums, the most recent one “Head Carrier” in 2016.
The Pixies are headed for the Palace Theatre in St. Paul where they will play 2 shows on October 10 and 11. There are a few tickets left for the October 10 show HERE
Opening for them will be Mitski.
