On tour with their new album Light We Made (2016), Balance and Composure are stopping at 7th Street Entry on May 16th. In a short and intimate month-long run, the American alternative rock band from Doylestown, Pennsylvania is promoting their 3rd full length album with support from Queen of Jeans and From Indian Lakes. Tickets are going quickly HERE.

Light We Made is a creative and transcendent record that takes a few steps away from the band’s usual punk-rock roots. With use of dreamy riffs and melodic synth chords, Balance and Composure are exploring new territory. The 5-piece are taking hold of emo, pop-punk, and indie and helping to recreate their sounds. In an ethereal and almost psychedelic way, “Postcard” highlights almost all the places Balance and Composure wants to take the listener to, like “hey come with us, there is a lot more here than meets the eye.” Track after track Light We Made asks us to look at the 10-year-old group with wider eyes.

Although their sound is going through a metamorphosis, Balance and Composure have maintained their emotional and thematic lyrics. Join them on their journey through the euphoric cosmos at 7th Street Entry on May 16th and see where they can take modern emo/indie music.
