Swiss mastermind Manuel Gagneux eclectic and powerful collective Zeal & Ardor are bringing their new album Greif on tour across North America!
For the better part of a decade, and especially with their seminal release Stranger Fruit, Zeal & Ardor have been confrontationally juxtaposing diametrically opposed genres to break new textural ground, and Greif extends that journey – a brooding and commanding intersection of industrial, soul, black metal and blue, it’s a sound all its own.
The group will be translating that unique sound at Minneapolis’ Varsity Theater in just a few weeks, and they’re bringing some incredible support with them – Portugal’s black metal heroes Gaerea (arguably Porto’s best export) and Chilean heavy metal outfit Zetra will be along for the ride, creating a beautiful spectrum of heavy sound that has got something for everyone.
