Still fresh off of the release of their fourth full length record “Movie of the Week,” alternative artist Shakey Graves continues to trek around the globe, with a stop in the Twin Cities slated for Sunday, July 14 at the Palace Theatre. Both a musician and an actor, Alejandro Rose-Garcia, aka Shaky Graves, is currently in the midst of an extensive summer tour around North America, playing headlining and support shows and making several festival stops. “Movie of the Week” dropped in September of 2023, with Rose Garcia describing the process as “My vision was to invite listeners to curate their unique Movie of the Week, with the songs serving as its ever-changing soundtrack. Even if users encounter the same songs over time, the sequence and associated imagery would likely differ, making each experience distinct.”
