Mike Gordon, better known as the often mispronounced Mk.Gee (Mick-Gee) is coming to Minneapolis to play at the Uptown Theater on Saturday, October 5, 2024.
Ever since he released his album Two Star and the Dream Police, Mk.Gee has become every musician’s favorite artist. A melodic-driven mix of rnb, electronic and experimental rock, Gordon is breaking through the fold with his innovative guitar work (which was praised by Eric Clapton) longing vocals, and dark/moody instrumentals. Having his live performances called “Nothing Short of Magic” by the Rolling Stone and an “Unlikely Guitar God” by the New York Times, Mk.Gee is definitely an artist you’re going to want to keep your eyes on.
