In it’s first full year as a concert venue the Armory has become the go to venue for large EDM shows and drawn shows to the Twin Cities that otherwise would have bypassed us. 2019 does not see them slowing down one bit with Dillon Francis & Alison Wonderland bringing their Lost My Mind Tour to the Armory on February 1. Francis and Wonderland are on a 15 stop tour after premiering their collaboration at EDC Orlando last fall. Fans will be treated to individual sets from each DJ as well as a back-to-back set.
Since emerging in 2009, Alison Wonderland’s sound inched towards mainstream ubiquity as the sonic sorceress received the “Highest Female DJ Billing Ever at Coachella,” captured #1 on the Billboard Top Dance/Electronic Albums Chart twice consecutively with Run [2015] and Awake [2018], headlined sold out arenas around the globe, and clocked upwards of 100 million streams by 2018. Not to mention, ELLE proclaimed her one of its “Women On The Verge,” and she garnered features from FADER, Glamour, Seventeen, Interview, Wonderland, Chicago Tribune, and Du Jour. Simultaneously, Alison’s Radio Wonderland show clocked 5 million-plus iTunes downloads, broadcasting to over 20 countries and featuring on the SiriusXM channel Diplo’s Revolution.
