Avatar Taking Over The Fillmore on 11/17

Heavy hitting Swedish metal band Avatar are making a return to the United States this fall on a twenty five date run across the country starting on November 5th in Phoenix and ending on December 7th in Dallas. The last time this band was in the Twin Cities was back in 2023 at the Skyway; the group will be returning to the Twin Cities on November 17th at The Fillmore in Minneapolis with support from Alien Weaponry and Spiritworld.

Avatar are on the verge of the release of their tenth full length record “Don’t Go in the Forest,” which is slated to fittingly release on Halloween (October 31st) and is a follow up to the band’s 2023 release “Dance Devil Dance.” Avatar released “Captain Goat,” the first single off of their upcoming record, around the same time as they announced their ambitious fall US run to get fans excited for fall. After the band wraps up their US run, they are scheduled to be on Shiprocked, followed by a big European headlining tour.
