Poppy’s Negative Spaces Tour Swinging Through Fillmore 3/20

Poppy - pop come alt-rock come alt-metal come Knocked-Loose-standout-guest-contributor - is bringing her electric live show through Minneapolis in a few short weeks. The Boston native dropped Negative Spaces at the end of last year to critical acclaim.

The smorgasbord of metal influences and rock bangers featured a variety of incredible guest performances and styles - it was truly a “little something for everybody” type of record, embracing the metal and hardcore edge that Poppy has been trending more towards with her last few releases. This was probably best showcased with the lead single “New Way Out” (recently featured in John Cena’s WWE heel turn) showcasing the artist’s maturation towards embracing all aspects of her sound.

With such a great record fresh off the presses, the only thing to do is tour - and tour she is! The They’re All Around Us tour hits the Fillmore on March 20th, with support coming from LA electronic duo Kumo 99. The show is bound to be one to remember, so grab some tickets here and show out for Minneapolis’ metal crowd!
