Jamie xx To Make Waves At Minneapolis Armory January 18th

Jamie xx - an auteur whose work as part of The XX made him a household name leading into the 2010s - is bringing his solo work on the road once more. His worldwide In Waves tour hits North America winter going into spring, and he'll be swinging through Minneapolis' Armory on January 18th to bring his new material to life for fans who have been waiting patiently a long time to see him again.

The English DJ released his latest album - In Waves - last September ahead of lead singles "Baddy on the Floor" and "Treat Each Other Right". In Waves marks his newest solo material in almost a decade, having last released In Colour in 2014 and overnight setting the stage for what artistic and intelligent electronic music of the 2010s would look like. ...Waves makes good on that albums legacy, once again setting the stage of the face of independent electronic.
