Hot off the publicity from a string of successful mixtapes and his most recent studio album “Role Model”, Young Dolph is set to hit the stage at the Varsity Theater February 9th for one of the last stops on his Role Model tour.
The Memphis raised hip hop star first came to national attention with the release of his “High Class Street Music” series of mixtapes and has since dropped multiple albums well received by critics and hip hop heads alike. Packed with cold punchlines, an effortless flow and that distinct southern sound these mixtapes cemented a base from witch the young rapper was able to blossom, having since collaborated with some of the scenes most prominent lyricists and producers. As a rising star Young Dolph uses his personal perspective and narrative capability to weave together rhymes that are just as memorable as they are cathartic.
Tickets for the show Saturday February 9th can still be found here.
