Sixteen local MC’s will face off Friday, January 11th for the Twin Cities Rap Battle title. Winterland Studios, a local Minneapolis studio, is hosting at The Nomad World Pub on Cedar Avenue. This is the first rap battle hosted by Winterland and is sure to be filled with lots of lyrical prowess. Did we mention that only one contestant will win? The stakes are high. Local artists are encouraged to enter and it’s free to enter. Doors will open at 6:30 and the show begins at 7pm. Grab a ticket in advance for $10 at Leo Presents or at the door for $12.
