Hey Minneapolis – just because summer is officially over and as the Night Watch would say, “Winter is Coming,” doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. The fall concert calendar in the Twin Cities is quickly filling up with a handful of must see acts.
One of those acts is Brooklyn-based electro-pop artist TORRES. Some may better know TORRES as Mackenzie Scott – who has been taking the internet by storm with her latest album Three Futures. In describing the album, Scott says it “is entirely about using the body that each of us has been given as a mechanism of joy,” (via Pitch Perfect PR). Since the release of this album she’s racked up accolades from the likes of Pitchfork, NPR and The New York Times.
TORRES is already on the fast-track to big things. So come see her live before all your friends.
