One of the great bands coming out of the 1980 Minneapolis music scene are The Jayhawks who are still going strong having released their 9th studio album earlier this year. Made up of Gary Louris, Marc Perlman, Karen Grotberg, and Tim O’Reagan the band is returning to First Avenue on 12/29 for a sold out show. If you missed tickets keep a close eye on First Avenue’s social media as they often release tickets close to the show. Since this is the only concert the band has on their calendar it is probably worth chasing those tickets.
