The Beach Boys Bringing Good Vibrations to the Grand Stand 8/27

The Beach Boys launched their tour in May of 2018 to bring their iconic Southern Californian sound to eager fans around the world. While on this tour the band will perform an average of 150 shows if all goes accordingly. Concert goers will see Mike Love, Bruce Johnston, Tim Bonhomme, John Cowsill, Jeffrey Foskett, Keith Hubacher, Christian Love and Scott Totten performing on this go around. Make sure to take a trip to the past and get those end of summer vibes moving by listening to their hit, “Fun, Fun, Fun”, below.

On July 4th the band was honored for their extraordinary musical career as the fifth-ever recipient of the National Artistic Achievement Award. Of this experience, co-founder, Mike Love says, “This is an extraordinary rcognition for our band. We are grateful to everyone involved with A Capitol Fourth for this beautiful honor. The Beach Boys have been synonymous with 4th of July and performing on the West Lawn for decades now. It is an enormous source of pride…”

If you purchased tickets soon enough you can catch them on their ‘Now & Then’ tour at the Grand Stand during the Minnesota State Fair. Unfortunately, now, this show is sold out. Opening for them will be John Stamos and The Righteous Brothers. If you can get your hands on tickets I strongly recommend trying as this show is one you won’t want to miss.
