You can’t have Darkness Day without music. Metal, punk, rock, loud, local, national. All day long and all for the low, low price of FREE.
The music starts when the gates open at 11am. Per tradition, God Came From Space, the only band to play every Darkness Day and featuring Surly’s Sarah “SLAYRAH” Lawson, opens the festivities.
From there we go all over the genre map, from surf to horror to melodic hardcore to Dumpster Juice, all of it leading up to our headliners, legendary SoCal punk rockers Face to Face.
