Saturday night will be a bit of time travel back to the rebellious days of their youth for many and a chance to show the kids that mom and dad do know a thing or two about cool music. Legendary Minneapolis bands Soul Asylum and The Suicide Commandos with help from Ohio’s Guided by Voices will be at the Hilde Performance Center in Plymouth on 8/19 for what promises to be a gorgeous summer night. Tickets are still available HERE
One of the best bands of grunge, Soul Asylum’s “Grave Dancers Union” is a staple of any music enthusiast’s collection. Original members Dave Pirner and Michael Bland are joined by Winston Roye and Ryan Smith. The band is still going strong, releasing a new album “Change of Fortune” last year and touring North America and Japan. They are a blast to see live.
