Brazilian thrash metal legends announced that their current tour – the 18 month farewell behemoth Celebrating Life Through Death Tour – would be the band’s last, and their Minneapolis date is fast approaching as they will be playing Uptown Theater on September 18th in just a few weeks! The band has left an incomparable mark on the metal world for now 40 years and has decided to go out on their own terms, and their own terms of course are playing some of the best thrash metal around in every part of the world they can think of.
With new drummer Greyson Nekrutman in tow, they’ve got a North American leg coming up with death metal stalwarts Obituary, which means avid metalheads are in for a night of metal from across the decades. Additional support will be coming from Agnostic Front & Claustrofobia on this leg, meaning that there won’t be a single un-sore neck by the end of the night as the celebration of this incredible band headbangs all night long.
