Rise Against Bringing Mourning In Amerika Tour To Armory 9/6

Rise Against will be bringing their Mourning In Amerika tour to The Armory on Thursday, September 6th along with some extremely talented friends.

Rise again won acclaim for its hard-hitting 2017 performances in support of its eighth studio album, “Wolves”. Illinois Entertainer said: “The return of RISE AGAINST feels more timely than ever.” Houston Press observed: “If any rock band could convince their fans to not bury their heads in the sand in 2017 America, it might just be RISE AGAINST.”

“Wolves” (Virgin Records) debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Alternative, Top Rock and Hard Rock albums charts. Lead single “The Violence” topped the Mediabase Active Rock chart and the follow-up track, “House On Fire”, is currently in the Top 10 and climbing.

Opening up will be two favorites of mine- AFI and Anti-Flag. “We are honored to announce the Mourning In Amerika Tour with Rise Against and AFI,” shares fellow political punks Anti-Flag. “We have been friends with both of these bands for years, friendship built upon our shared views of empathy, the fight for animal rights, the aim to build unity and community with every show we play. This will be the tour of the summer, come out with open hearts and open minds.”

Tickets are still available here.
