Indian ensemble Peter Cat Recording Company are coming back through North America to dazzle audiences once more! Suryakant Sawhney’s brainchild released a new album just a few days ago (BETA) and they’re hitting the metaphorical road to take their unique sound to find new audiences. Their sound is nearly impossible to pin down – from lounge to jazz to what you’d call straightforwardly as ‘indie’ – you simply never know what to exact from their myriad of influences, which is exactly why their live show is destined to be a sure fire hit. They’ll be playing the main stage at First Avenue on August 30th, and the show is bound to be one that can’t be missed!
