Punjabi-Canadian rapper and producer Nav brings his hypnotic trap beats and wavy sing-rap flow to the Varsity Theater on June 4th as part of his Bad Habits Tour.
NAV’s rise to success has been exponential with his self-titled mixtape appearing in early 2017, and it was chock-full of his now trademark silky vocals and slick beats. That same year he put out his mixtape Perfect Timing, a project featuring collaborations with Metro Boomin. NAV’s single “Wanted You” featuring Lil Uzi Vert charted on Billboard’s Top 100 and he followed up in early 2018 with the solo single “Freshman List.” Both tracks were featured on his debut studio album, Reckless which landed in the U.S. top ten. He followed up less than a year later with his sophomore album “Bad Habits.” The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200.
The Bad Habits tour brings the chart-topping sophomore album to the Varsity Theater and promises to deliver NAV’s signature sonic blend that draws upon styles similar to contemporaries such as Post Malone, Rae Sremmurd, and Drake. Partnered with NAV’s crowd control and loyal fan base the show is shaping up to be a high energy night you aren’t soon to forget.
The show isn’t sold out yet but with concert day quickly approaching tickets won’t last long. Get yours here.
