My Favorite Sets Of 2019 Vito Ingerto

Hey Y’all, its been another great year shooting for TCM! It’s a difficult task to pick just five sets for the year, so many great artists came through the Twin Cities in 2019, but here goes:

Tom Morello

Tom just flat out rocked the Varsity, playing tunes from his Atlas Underground, Audioslave, The Nightwatchman and of course Rage Against The Machine. Getting to see “The Ghost Of Tom Joad” live was next level cool.

Got to shoot these guys twice, once at the Kind Festival in Desert Palm Springs and once at the Turf Club. Both shows were amazing old school rock shows.

Incubus hasn’t missed a beat since the last time I saw them on the East Coast in 2002 for the Morning View tour.  Great set for the X Games at the Armory.

Jenny Lewis

Jenny held a sold out Palace Theatre in the palm of her hand, and I still get goose bumps when I think about seeing “Little White Doves” live. Just amazing.

I was shooting a band in the First Ave Mainroom when one of the staff told me I should check out the band in the Entry. I was blown away by the energy and unique sound that had the whole sold out crowd dancing like a high school basement party. Hopefully I’ll get to catch a full set the next time they come around.
