Marilyn Manson Coming To The Myth To Shock You 1/31

Marilyn Manson had to postpone his tour due to injuries sustained after a stage prop fell on him at a New York show. Although it was a sad and scary event for the shock rocker, it was a blessing in disguise for Minnesota fans as he is now set to perform at The Myth in Maplewood on Wednesday, January 31st (the original tour route didn’t have a Twin Cities area show). At 49 years old, Manson is still at the top of his game and the face of a who sub-genre of music. With ten full length albums that span a nearly 25 year career, there seems to be no slowing down for this guy. His newest album “Heaven Upside Down” was released last year and received raving reviews from many in the blogosphere. Manson is sure to play many new songs but also play the hits that made him a staple in the metal scene. With his unique look and always interesting live show, this will be the perfect way to get over the mid-week hump that we all inevitably fight. Having seen Marilyn Manson multiple times now, I can tell you that this is a show you will not want to miss!

Opening the show will be Amazonica and all ages are welcome (although I doubt there will be a very large population of little kids at this show).

Tickets are still available here.
