Indie Rockers MGMT packed the Myth Friday night. The band has been touring promoting their latest album “Little Dark Age”, their fourth studio album that was just released on February 9. MGMT was formed in Middletown, Connecticut in 2002.

Oxnard, California native Matthew Urango aka Cola Boyy opened the show. Cola Boyy is currently on a nine city tour supporting MGMT. Cola performed a thirty five minute set. The fans were dancing and enjoying Cola’s beats. Cola was extremely entertaining to watch. I thought it would be really tough for MGMT to compete with the vocal skills of Cola Boyy.

After a short break the lights went down and the fans began to cheer for MGMT. The smoke machines began blowing and the stage filled with smoke. The intro music began and the fans went wild. MGMT made their way to the stage playing song “Little Dark Age“. They played hits “When You Die”,”Kids”,”TSLAMP” and “Electric Feel”. The fans loved every song and sang along. MGMT Played a great sixteen song set. They closed the show with hits “James” and “The Youth”.
