Indie rockers Dr. Dog comes to the Mainroom for two shows, October 20 and 21. The second show is Sold Out but a few tickets are still available for the first night. So don’t dally. Details can be found HERE.
The boys are billing it as The Last Tour. As with any band, who knows if that will always be true? But it sure provides some extra incentive to not miss this lo fi, punky pop powerhouse. Last time through town featured a filled Palace so we know things will be hopping. The Mainroom offers that little bit of extra intimacy and I’m glad they opted to do two nights.
Dr Dog is one of those bands that may have popped up on your radar in recent years. Yet, the core of the Philly based band has been touring and making records for 20 years. A dozen, including a handful of EPs. Time and again those albums have consistently climbed their way into the Top Ten of the Indie charts.
