Good Old War’s new album “Broken Into Better Shape” a couple of weeks ago and their tour stopped at the Varsity Tuesday. The Philadelphia band recently reunited after a baby break in it’s original lineup of Keith Goodwin, Dan Schwartz and Tim Arnold. The bands name is actually composed out of the members’ names.
While they are quite popular on the east coast turnout at the Varsity was light but the band did not let that impact their performance. Opening with “Coney Island” they captured the audience with Their blend of accoustic and electric guitars and their harmonies. It was clear that this is a band that enjoys performing live and feeds of their fans.
