Rumor has it that the Twin Cities could see our first snow on Friday so there’s a chance we could welcome California punk rockers FIDLAR with a nice dusting of the white stuff when they roll into town for their show at the Varsity on Saturday.
What kind of a band name is FIDLAR? Well it means Fuck It Dog, Life’s a Risk and pretty much sums up the band’s attitude. The four-piece band of Zac Carper, Brandon Schwartzel, Elvis Kuehn, and Max Kuehn has been risking live and limb at their shows since 2009 and just appeared on Conan last week. Their show at the Varsity will for certain be lively and entertaining.
