‘The Sea Of Tragic Beasts Album Release Tour’ headlined by Fit For An Autopsy will be making fall at The Turf Club on Wednesday, November 20th. The line-up is stacked so make sure to get there early as to not miss a single moment!
The crushing music of New Jersey metal titans Fit For An Autopsy is for any fan of extreme metal, as it’s devoid of preachy politics or grandstanding soapboxing, but its sound and fury is absolutely unflinching on purpose. The band expertly blends excessive-force fueled death metal with atmospheric groove and impassioned personal diatribes, reflecting back the dark state of current events.
Fit For An Autopsy released their fifth full-length album, The Sea Of Tragic Beasts, on October 25, 2019 via Nuclear Blast. The Sea Of Tragic Beasts was once again produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered by the producer/guitarist Will Putney at Graphic Nature Audio in NJ. The artwork for the album was created by Adam Burke.
Joining FFAA is Lorna Shore. Formed in 2010, Lorna Shore consists of vocalist CJ McCreery, guitarist Adam De Micco, and drummer Austin Archey. To date, they have released three EPs and released their debut full-length Psalms in June of 2015. Aside from being featured on the Metal Alliance Tour with Deicide, Lorna Shore has most notably toured alongside bands such as Carnifex, Chelsea Grin, The Black Dahlia Murder, and more. The band has also played festivals such as the New England Metaland Hardcore Festival, Never Say Never Festival, South By So What, Skate and Surf Festival and SXSW’s New England Metal and Hardcore Festival Stage.
A Pennsylvania-bred deathcore band with a relentless, ferocious attack, The Last Ten Seconds of Life emerged in 2010 and have since become a major name on the region’s underground rock scene with their emotionally intense and physically punishing sound. The group formed in 2010 in Meadville, Pennsylvania, while the members were attending Mansfield University. The original lineup featured Storm Strope on vocals, Wyatt McLaughlin and Casey Quick on guitars, Thomas Giamanco on bass, and Christian Fisher on drums.
Kicking things off Will be Dyscarnate. Dyscarnate has long been flying the flag for UK death metal all over the world. Having toured across Australia, Europe, Indonesia, Israel, Russia, and more, fans can expect to see the three-piece powerhouse’s dominance to spread even further in the coming year. Following the release of the debut EP Annihilate To Liberate in 2008, DYSCARNATE was met with overwhelming feedback from national magazines, record labels, and fans alike which consequently led to a multi-album deal with the UK’s Siege Of Amida Records.
