The first time we got to see Coin, they were opening for Bad Suns at the Fine Line back in 2016. We liked them a lot and summed them up in one word: “Bouncy”. Armed with a new album “How Will You Know If You Never Try” they will return to the scene of the crime with a show at the Fine Line next Sunday 2/25. Tickets are still available HERE

Opening for them will be The Aces

“How Will You Know If You Never Try is our attempt to embrace the inevitable. Yeah, death creeps in closer every day, but we shouldn’t fear it. Rather, it should motivate us. Do new things, live underwater, be what you wanna be: just try. We are very proud to share the tombstone engraved soundtrack to our early 20s,” says Chase Lawrence. In support of How Will You Know If You Never Try, COIN embarked on their first national headline tour, playing New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles, in addition to festival stops at Hangout Fest, Bonnaroo and Forecastle.

COIN—Chase Lawrence (vocals/keys), Joe Memmel (guitar/vocals), Ryan Winnen (drums) and Zach Dyke (bass)—recorded their self-titled debut album in Nashville with Grammy-nominated producer Jay Joyce (Cage the Elephant, Sleeper Agent). The band was named Amazon’s 2017 Breakthrough Artist of the Year and was featured as one of TIME Magazine’s 21 Musicians We Want to Hear From in 2017. COIN has toured with The 1975, Bad Suns, Walk The Moon and Neon Trees.
