Being a band for twenty years is truly a feat so come out and celebrate with Murder By Death on Thursday, March 12th for hitting this milestone!
Cult-indie band Murder By Death is hitting the road this winter to celebrate 20 years since their first show.
Setlists each night will be curated by fans and the band will be playing songs from all 8 records in their catalog. Every ticket comes with a free zine at the show, looking back at the last 20 years of MBD. Don’t miss this chance to sing along, stomp your boots, and sip your favorite libations in celebration.
Personal favorite of mine- Amigo the Devil- will be opening up the show. If you’ve ever heard a room full of people yelling “I hope your husband dies” in a some harmoniously sloppy, drunken unison, you’ve probably stumbled into an Amigo The Devil show. Danny Kiranos, better known to the masses as his musical counterpart Amigo The Devil, has been challenging the expectations of traditional folk, country music purists, and rock/extreme metal fans alike with his morbid, yet oddly romantic, take on folk that has amassed a dedicated and cult like fan-base.
Tickets are still available HERE!
