This Friday night will be a very special night at First Avenue’s Mainroom. After a couple of weeks spent at The Turf Club with this residency, Andrew Broder and crew will be taking over the legendary venue for a final night of the residency.

Born and raised in Minneapolis MN, Andrew Broder has dedicated the better part of his thirty-plus years to carving out his own singular path in music. Andrew has spent time as a cutting and scratching battle DJ, a snotty punk rocker, a challenging and thoughtful improviser, soundtrack composer, working sideman, producer, remixer, beat-maker, poet, beauty creator, brutal noise-monger and above all a fearless, restless and provocative songwriter.

Joining Andrew will be many acts and special guests including (but not limited to):

Low- Indie Rock from Duluth that has hit the scene on a national level– being able to see them at this show will definitely be a treat!

Fog- One of Andrew Broder’s projects with a sense of beauty unlike anything you’ve ever heard before.

Marijuana Deathsquads- Ever-evolving, experimental project lead by Ryan Olson, (producer/writer of POLIÇA and GAYNGS), Isaac Gale, and Stefon Alexander (P.O.S)

In // Via- The new solo synth venture of Nona Invie

Midnite Express-Primarily comprised of members of the Ojibwe Nation, Midnite Express performs in ceremonial tribute, honoring native history and paying homage to our forebears.

Tickets are still available here and proceeds will benefit Appetite For Change.
