On August 8, 2019, Willie Nelson, one of history’s greatest outlaw country singers will grace the city of Minneapolis by playing a show at the Target Center.. The simplicity, cleverness and genuine feeling that the man’s music puts out is sensational. Nelson has released a staggering 68 studio albums and that does not include his 10 live albums, so it will be interesting to see what songs he pulls out of his hat. The man is a road dog, constantly touring it seems. Near the end of June he had and played his “Outlaw Music Festival” at Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI. The line ups each year for those have been incredible, with everyone wanting to play with the great Willie Nelson. Since, every country singer and more wants a shot to play with him, it only makes sense that opening for Nelson is the great, Alison Krauss.

Alison Krauss is a 27-time Grammy Winning country icon. She busted into the scene with her incredible violin and singing abilities with her bluegrass band “Union Station”. In 2013 Krauss lost her voice due to a condition called “dysphonia”. It took her years of trying to figure out how to sing again. However, in 2017, she released her first comeback solo recorded and is singing stronger than ever. “Windy City” went shot to #1 in the US and #6 in the UK. She has recorded and played with many famous and smaller bands. One notable collaboration is the album “Raising Sands”that she made with classic rocker, Robert Plant, the singer from non other than “Led Zeppelin”.

Willie Nelson and Alison Krauss will bring the country and good times, all you have to do is get there.
