With a North American run of over 90 sold out shows, Grammy® Award winning superstars Tim McGraw & Faith Hill are showing no signs of stopping as their critically-acclaimed Soul2Soul The World Tour comes to Target Center on Saturday, July 7.  The Soul2Soul World Tour – which is approaching 1 million in attendance on its initial trek – has consistently stunned audiences across North America with its sharp production, deep catalog of hits, and McGraw & Hill’s palpable chemistry.

Samuel Timothy McGraw is an American country singer, songwriter, and actor.  McGraw began singing in a neotraditional country style, but starting with 1997’s Everywhere, he developed a more crossover-friendly, country pop sound, making him one of the first male Country singers of his generation to crossover to Pop.

McGraw has released fourteen studio albums (eleven for Curb Records and three for Big Machine Records).  10 of those albums have reached number 1 on the Top Country Albums charts, with his 1994 breakthrough album Not a Moment Too Soon being the top country album of 1994.  All of these albums have produced 65 singles, 25 of which have reached number 1 on the Hot Country Songs or Country Airplay charts.  Three of these singles — “It’s Your Love”, “Just to See You Smile”, and “Live Like You Were Dying” — were the top country songs of 1997, 1998, and 2004 according to Billboard Year-End.  He has also won three Grammy Awards, 14 Academy of Country Music awards, 11 Country Music Association (CMA) awards, 10 American Music Awards, and three People’s Choice Awards.   He has sold more than 75 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists of all time.

Audrey Faith McGraw, known professionally as Faith Hill, is an American singer and record producer.  She is one of the most successful country artists of all time, having sold more than 40 million albums worldwide.

Hill’s first two albums, Take Me as I Am (1993) and It Matters to Me (1995), were major successes and placed a combined three number ones on Billboard’s country charts.  She then achieved mainstream and crossover success with her next two albums, Faith (1998) and Breathe (1999).  Faith spawned her first international hit in early 1998, “This Kiss”, while Breathe became one of the best-selling country albums of all time, led by the huge crossover success of the songs “Breathe” and “The Way You Love Me”.  It had massive sales worldwide and earned Hill three Grammy Awards.

Hill has won five Grammy Awards, 15 Academy of Country Music Awards, six American Music Awards, and several other awards.  In 2001, she was named one of the “30 Most Powerful Women in America” by Ladies Home Journal.  In 2009, Billboard named her as the No. 1 Adult Contemporary artist of the 2000 decade and also as the 39th best artist.  From 2007 to 2012, Hill was the voice of NBC Sunday Night Football’s intro song.

The couple have been married since October 6, 1996.  They collaborated on one album (The Rest of Our Life), which was released on November 2017 and have toured together on 3 major tours.  Their Soul2Soul II Tour is one of the highest grossing tours in country music history, and one of the top 5 among all genres of music.

Doors open at 6:30 pm and the music starts at 7:30 pm.  The opening act is Devin Dawson.  Dawson is an American country music singer-songwriter.  He became famous after filming a mashup of Taylor Swift songs with his fellow friend Louisa Wendorff on her YouTube channel, which gained popularity on YouTube.  His first hit song was his debut single “All on Me”.  With the help of producer Jay Joyce, he signed to Warner Bros. Records in 2017.  Dawson’s “All on Me” has charted on the Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts.  Dawson’s debut album Dark Horse was released on January 19, 2018.
