If a band lists Bob Marley, Rage Against The Machine, The Beatles and Bozo the Clown as some of their influences, you know you are going to be in for an interesting evening. Minneapolis’ The Limns will release their new album “Fall Into Peace” this Friday at the Icehouse. Tickets are still available HERE

With a focus on keeping the audience engaged, smiling, and dancing, The Limns continually work at expanding their sound and pushing the boundaries of their limitations. With two EP’s and a full length album under their belt, The Limns are continuing to make new music.
“Fall into Peace”, the bands forthcoming second full length album, is currently in the works. A bit of a transformation for the band, the album’s theme reflects on existential issues; asking questions, and conjuring meaning. The album is seen as a chance to create something new, rather than to recreate the energy of a live show. The album is a heartfelt testimony to the bands growth as writers, musicians, and individuals.

Joining them will be Satsang who describe themselves as a Conscious Music Collective blending world conscious lyrics with a unique blend of Folk, Soul, Indie Rock, and Hip-Hop. Satsang is celebrating the release of their new album “Pyramid(s)) with a short midwest tour.
