That 70’s Show! Last Import, Gully Boys and The Shackletons Halloween Party At The Entry, Oct 31

A Halloween bill comprised of three of MN best young bands is scheduled for October 31 at 7th Street Entry.  Tickets and details can be found HERE.  Highly recommended you act quickly on this one as it is likely to sell out.

Don’t look now but the Twin Cities is currently awash in great young rock bands.  Three who are creating significant buzz are Last Import, Gully Boys and The Shackletons.  Not satisfied to simply play another gig together, the bands decided that Halloween should, at the very least, be Halloweeny.  Why not dress as a famous ’70s band?  And why not also play their songs?

DJ Trophy Knife will be spinning the vinyl throughout the evening and between sets.

Kicking off the live music will be Gully Boys, who will be channeling all things Devo.  Will there be flowerpots on their heads?

Last Import will bring us ABBA.  And anybody who doesn’t think that band wrote some of the greatest pop songs of all time is just…crazy.

The Shackletons will stick with the music of The Cars.

The bands will be in musical costume.  Fans are encouraged to sport their own costumes.  Keeping with the flamboyant fashions of the 1970’s will be perfectly appropriate.

Halloween is supposed to be fun.  What a great idea for three inspiring bands to throw a party and dish out tunes you’ve never heard them tackle before!  Bring your sing along voice and humor.
