Punch Brothers at First Avenue 3/1/15

Punch Brothers is a band consisting of Chris Thile (mandolin), Gabe Witcher (fiddle/violin), Noam Pikelny (banjo), Chris Eldridge (guitar), and Paul Kowert (bass). They played a sold out First Avenue Sunday Night, promoting their new album The Phosphorescent Blues, which was produced by T Bone Burnett.

The audience at First Ave was clearly excited to see them and the band did not disappoint. Stage lighting was on the dark side, especially on the opening song.
