Canadian metal band Protest The Hero is currently out on a 10 year anniversary tour for their 2008 album “Fortress,” and will be making a stop in Minneapolis this Sunday to celebrate at Varsity Theatre. “Fortress,” the band’s sophomore album, is composed of three movements spanning the course of ten tracks and is an album the band has played in full for a brief period of time in late 2009. Consisting of Rody Walker (vocals), Tim MacMillar (guitar), Luke Hoskin (guitar), and Mike Ieradi (drums), the group is set to take the stage alongside Closure in Moscow (playing their album “First Temple” in full) and Thank You Scientist for the first half of this tour, with a handful of shows already sold out.
