At 75 Ringo Starr is far from living the quiet life of a retiree. Earlier this year he release “Postcards from Paradise” and a few weeks ago the book “Photograph” with images he had taken in his childhood, the Beatles years and beyond. Not content with that he embarked on an US tour with his “All Starr Band”. In this case it’s not just all stars in name, the band is composed of Todd Rundgren, Steve Lukather (Toto), Gregg Rolie (Santana and Journey), and Richard Page (Mr. Mister). The tour will be at the Historic State Theater this Friday 10/16.
Ringo and band will not only play Ringo & Beatles tunes but also song from the band members’ repertoire. This promises to be a very entertaining evening. Come for the Beatles, stay for the 80s and cheer for great music. There may still be a few tickets left HERE
