Californa based alternative rock band Movements is currently out on their Feel Something spring headliner, supporting their debut album of the same name. The band embarked on their first ever headliner earlier this month, alongside Can’t Swim, Gleemer, and Super Whatevr and will be making a stop at The Garage in Burnsville on March 11. Composed of Patrick Miranda (vocals), Ira George (guitar), Spencer York (drums), and Austin Cressey (bass), the band perfectly evokes emotion through their excellent sound and intricate and reflective lyrics.
Also on the bill for the evening is New Jersey based rock band Can’t Swim. Formed in 2015 by vocalist Chris LoPorto, the band is out supporting their debut full length “Fail You Again,” which was released in March of 2017, with guitarist Mike Sanchez, bassist Greg McDivitt, guitarist Danny Rico, and Drummer Andrea Morgan making up the rest of the group. What is notable about Can’t Swim is the group’s signing to Pure Noise Records in 2015 prior to playing a live show, and spending most of 2016 on tour with bands like Four Year Strong and Set Your Goals.
