On December 12th The Varsity in Dinkytown, Minnesota will be gifted with a visit by Morgan Evans and Madison Kozak.
Morgan John Evans is a popular Country musician in the United States, and curiously enough was born in Australia. Starting things off officially in 2014 with a self-titled album that reached 20th ARIA charts, Evans most recently released Things That we Drink To in October 2018. Both this album and Morgan Evans topped the Country charts in his home country of Australia. Most recently, you might have heard his singled “Young Again” and “Diamonds” that were released just this year. His light-yet-hearty voice joined by his smooth guitar playing will be a treat for us this December.
Joining Evans will be Canadian Country singer Madison Kozak. Kozak has been performing since she was just 10 years old, and has not stopped since. She has recently signed with a “female-focused label” known as “Songs and Daughters” and her sound has been compared to Patsy Cline and even Shania Twain – she’s got a lot to offer.
