Does the lovely weather we are enjoying this week have you longing for the California beaches? Well at least your ears are in luck as they can get a full blast of  surf-punk at the Entry when Minneapolis’ Last Import will release their New Album tomorrow night. They will be supported by John Chuck & the Class, Karate Chop Silence and The Aftergreens. Tickets are available HERE

Last Import is an energetic, melodic, surf-punk trio based out of Minneapolis, MN. The band started off as a teen collaboration in 2014 at She Rock She Rock. Years later, they’re still rocking with Emily Bjorke (guitar, lead vocals), Grace Baldwin (bass, backing vocals), and Jane Halldorson (drums), the band released their first official EP, titled “Songs for Adam” on January 25th, 2018. February 1st, 2019 they will be putting out their first full length album, self-titled: “Last Import”.

As for influences? The girls each bring a diverse sound ranging from The Front Bottoms to Sleater-Kinney to the Beach Boys. Last Import has made waves at First Avenue; Palace Theatre with Bastille, LANY, & Albert Hammond Jr; Turf Club; opening for Foster the People; the dearly-departed Triple Rock Social Club; and many a basement.
